ISO 9001 Quality assurance
ISO 9001 states those requirements for a management system for quality in those cases that an organisation:
a) needs to show its ability to constantly provide products that meet customer demands and applicable legislative requirements.
b) Intends to increase customer satisfaction through a system being applied in an effective manner. This involves the organisation applying processes to constantly improve the system and that it ensures that the demands from customers and applicable legislation are met.
We are in accordance with ISO 9001 and have a well recognized management system for quality as a tool for continuous development.
