A range of paper-based barrier systems for healthcare products
Flexpeel® Paper encompasses a wide range of sterile barrier systems and medical papers, both coated and uncoated. Each is designed to meet a specific usage. Advanced wound care dressings, syringes, gloves and catheters are a few examples of medical devices that are packed with our Flexpeel® Paper range. The polymer-coated version is well suited for sachet packs containing pharmaceutical or nutritional powders or personal care products. We can offer high quality flexo printing for accurate product labelling and information.
Flexpeel® Paper is ideally matched and fully compatible with our wide range of Flexpeel® Form and Flexpeel® Film products in forming, for instance, an integral sterile barrier system. Flextrus is ready to help you match the right product and on-pack design to cover your specific requirements.

All our materials intended for sterilisation are produced according to ISO 11607-1. All papers are manufactured from elementary chlorine free pulp without additional artificial brightening agents. All medical papers fulfil the requirements for FDA 21 176.170, BgVV A Empfehlung XXXVI and EN 868. We can support your needs for lab services, accurate documentation, including traceability reports as well as product technical data with clear specifications of material, inks, coatings, etc.
