New CEO of AR Packaging Group

Harald Schulz has been appointed new CEO of AR Packaging Group and will assume the position on March 1st. Harald Schulz succeeds Per Lundeen who will join the Board of Directors.

AR Packaging Group was formed in 2011 through the merger of A&R Carton and Flextrus.

Harald Schulz is 47 years of age with long-standing experience from the packaging sector. He has been employed by A&R Carton since 2001, most recently as as Senior Vice President of its business area Branded Products. Mr. Schulz is also responsible for A&R Carton's four plants in Germany and Russia and CEO of A&R Carton's German subsidiary. Harald Schulz is a German citizen, lives south of Frankfurt and has a Diploma in Industrial engineering.

Stig Gustavson, Chairman of AR Packaging Group Board of Directors comments:
