Entrepreneurial award to Flextrus Halmstad

Flexopac, newly acquired by Flextrus, has been awarded the Entrepreneurial award 2010 in Halmstad. The award was received by Anton Söderberg, MD of Flexopac, for the fantastic development of the company during recent years.

The successful operation at the newly acquired Flexopac has been awarded the Entrepreneurial award 2010 in Halmstad.

"The entrepreneur of the year has with courage and new ways dared to challenge traditional thinking. Knowledge and experience forms the basis for success with 'speed and service' in focus. A strong growth has been achieved in the past ten years. Market shares have been won, new personnel hired, production areas doubled and turnover increased with good profitability.

Consistent work with production efficiency improvements and heavy investments in equipment have been made. The result is one of the most modern manufacturing sites in its niche in Europe. This attracts regional customers as well as international companies."

Flexopac has a strong position in Scandinavia, supplying high quality laminates to mainly food producer. Being a leader in advanced flexo printing, HD flexo, the site services its customer with devotion and highest flexibility. The company was acquired by Flextrus in September 2010 and is characterised by the personally comitted coworkers' entrepreneurial work.
